Our tiny trotter mini camps introduce the basics of horsemanship through hands-on learning, story time, and plenty of fun in the saddle! This program is the perfect first step for children who are meeting horses for the very first time or beginning to build confidence around these incredible animals. Young riders will learn important safety skills, including how to safely approach, groom, and lead a horse, while developing comfort and trust both on the ground and in the saddle.
Designed especially for small children and beginner riders, each session blends gentle instruction with imaginative learning, helping kids feel relaxed, capable, and excited as they explore the barn environment. Through guided activities and age-appropriate riding time, participants begin building the foundation of strong horsemanship in a supportive and encouraging setting.
Whether your child is curious about horses, a little nervous but eager to try, or ready for their very first riding experience, this is a welcoming and confidence-building introduction that creates positive early memories while teaching skills that will last a lifetime.
