Some of our riders grew up around horses. Others had never touched a horse before their first lesson. No matter your starting point, our goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident from day one.

What Your First Visit Looks Like
Your introduction to horses should feel calm, welcoming, and encouraging, not overwhelming.
That is why our intro lessons are designed specifically with beginners in mind. We take time to explain everything clearly and help riders move at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
During your first lesson, you may learn:
How to safely approach and interact with a horse
Basic grooming and horse care
How to lead and handle a horse safely
Mounting and dismounting techniques
Beginner riding skills appropriate for your comfort level
Barn rules and horse safety basics
